Hey!

As a sociologist, I am fascinated by the interactions and inherent dynamics of systems. Specifically, the constructive power of structures—which provide individuals and groups with orientation and direction—in contrast to the dysfunctions they can also cause, make them a powerful phenomenon and instrument. My goal is to consciously shape them, question them, and actively engage with them in order to create a meaningful work reality.

“While developing digital products for larger and traditional companies, I learnt to distinguish between useful and harmful structures.”

After a decade of agile consulting, I founded Wholy Work in 2023 with its sister brands Full Circle Training and Full Circle Coaching. Today, we offer consulting, implementation, training, and coaching services tailored to executives in agile organizations or those that want to become agile.
